Yes — walk-ins are welcome when we have availability. However, booking ahead through Fresha guarantees your spot and lets us prepare for your service.
How do I book an appointment?

Where do I park?
Burwood One Shopping Centre has free on-site parking with plenty of spaces available throughout the day.
How long do appointments usually take?
It depends on the service. Most nail services run between 30 and 90 minutes — a regular polish or quick infill on the shorter end, a full set of acrylics, builder gel or BIAB on the longer end. Lash services run 30 to 60 minutes depending on whether you're booking a refill, a lash lift, or a fresh set.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes — gift vouchers are available in any amount and can be purchased in-salon. They're redeemable across our full menu of services.
How often should I come back for an infill?
We recommend every 3–5 weeks for most nail systems (BIAB, builder gel, SNS, Gel X, acrylic), and every 2–3 weeks for lash extension refills.
Do you take care of nail health?
Absolutely. We assess your natural nails before every service, and we'll recommend a gentler option if your nails need a break.
Can I bring inspiration photos?
